  1. You said it yourself: It’s a good break! Yoga is about focus, clearing your mind, and tranquility. The sessions at the end usually involve breathing exercises (learn them, they are useful over your daily life) and meditation, another concentration, mind-clearing exercise. There are more ways than just physically to strengthen yourself. Use the yoga to repair and relax between the tough physical sessions–yoga will help you move through those tough workouts. Grandma knows. She took yoga classes years ago and still uses them! XXOO

  2. You have much to learn about the power of yoga young grasshopper. Be open to a good experience with it and you will get more out of it. minimal thinking, including thought of boredom.
